SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
The shipment time is around 2 weeks for the goods on backorder, and 2 working days for the in-stock
orders. You will be notified with a separate email about the shipment.
We deliver across Canada and USA via Canada Post.
The delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on the items’ size and weight.
All goods are wrapped, carefully crated, and marked to avoid any damage while your windows are
on the way.
IMPORTANT: Free Local pickup at our factory is available.
VOLUME AND LONG-DISTANCE DELIVERIES: For a volume or long-distance delivery you can hire a
truck or use a shared delivery service. Our logistics department will be happy to help you with this.
